Welcome to the Causalytics Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we respect your privacy and what your rights and choices are.

If you are a registered Causalytics user or just visiting our website, this policy applies to you. This means that we also act as a data controller of your personal data.

2. Why do we collect data?

 

We will only collect your data for the purposes described in this policy and where we have a legal basis for doing so. The purposes for which we process your data are:

3. What types of data do we collect and when?


Types of data that we collect include:

Data that identifies you

We retain the data collected for the period necessary to provide the Service and for as long as the customer relationship or other comparable relationship exists and for a reasonable time thereafter, as permitted or required by law.

7. How is your data shared with third parties?

 

As a rule, we will not disclose your data to third parties for direct marketing, market research, polls or public registers without your consent. We may share non-personal data (such as anonymous usage data, platform types, asset views, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third-parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality of the services.

We may also use your anonymised analytics data to detect trends and provide benchmarks for other users of the Service. In these cases, all data will be fully anonymised so neither your or the identity of any persons or companies in your analytics data will be disclosed.

If you opt-out, Causalytics may still send you non-promotional customer information, such as emails about your account, providing the services or our ongoing business relations.

We use cookies on our website to offer you a better user experience and future services. You can block the use of cookies through your browser settings, with the drawback that certain features of the website may not function properly.

Causalytics does not enable third parties to collect your personal data. We may use third-party data analytics platforms and tracking technologies.

Your right to access, correct and object
You may contact us, and we will tell you what personal data we have collected and processed regarding you. You have the right to have corrected any incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unnecessary personal data stored about you.
